Correspondence Course

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for following Refresher Courses
(Continues Medical Education Programme)

Certificate in Child Health

C.G.O

Certificate in Gynaecology & Obstetrics

C.S.D

Certificate in Skin Diseases (Dermatology)

C.V.D

Certificate in Venereal Diseases

One Month ( Student can apply for all the courses at same time.)

Rs. 2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand Only) for each course.

Candidate should have passed M.B.B.S./B.A.M.S./B.U.M.S./B.H.M.S./ D.H.M.S.
OR Regd. Doctor at any Govt.'s Council / Board in India.

1 ) Recent passport size COLOUR PHOTOGRAPH (One on form & One for each course).
2 ) Attested Xerox copy of final year Passing marksheet/Passing certificate of University. OR
2 ) Attested Xerox copy of Provisional / Permanent Registration Certificate.

1 ) Fees will be accepted in cash or Demand Draft.
2 ) D.D. Should be in favour of INSTITUTE OF HEALTH SCIENCE, MUMBAI
